The End of Time
Are we living in the end time? In the Old Testament, the book of Daniel describes a future seven-year tribulation period in which God unleashes worldwide judgment on those who do not believe in the Messiah, Jesus Christ. The final three and a half years of that seven year period, the Great Tribulation, will be a time when Antichrist rules and reigns over the earth. Daniel 12 records a prophecy about this time period. According to Daniel 12, judgment is coming for all of those who do not trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. But Daniel 12 also teaches that we as believers have the blessed and assured hope of eternal life, solely because of what the Lord Jesus Christ accomplished on the cross.
