The Comedy at Calvary

The Bible teaches that Christians will face mockery, ridicule, and derision in this life all because of their love for Jesus Christ and His Word. But this is nothing new for God’s people, as Satan has sought from the beginning to oppose God’s people in any way he can. The gospels show that this was true of our Lord Jesus Christ as He was being crucified on the cross. Join us as Tom Penningont explains from Mark 15 The Comedy at Calvary.

Part 1

Like our Lord, we must respond to trials and tribulations in obedience to God and His Word. Rather than returning insult for insult, we must entrust ourselves to the Father, knowing that, at an appointed time in the future, He will install His Son as King of the universe.
